● The claims declaration forms for the following products; Activa Household Insurance Policy, Individual Accident and Car Insurance have been improved to best fit for your needs
● No need to swipe between the mobile app and your SMS app, to copy the activation code received to create your customer account. As soon as it is received, it is automatically read by the app.
● Receive real-time assistance to create the most secure password for your customer account.

In addition, for an optimum customer experience while subscribing to new products in MY ACTIVA, some questionnaire fields have been updated.
