Hats off to your user experience and CXO for making such nonsense flow of bot chat , you ruined my experience and I need to look for some straight forward insurance app now after 5 years in Acko . best example for how to ruin business by making nonsese bots AI integrations . when you need real people as customer be real . Call center executives will give you practiced answers and the wait time for the call to connect will be at least 5 minutes. This time, the call center executive told us that we should look for local help as it will be difficult for them to arrange help. Please don't trust or pay for roadside assistance.
