I signed up in the store for a membership, so I got the app. I have my member number and whatever, but it literally does not work. The app is so broken. Luckily these are denied charges to my card, since I blocked auto-pays. This is literally my only way to stop this stupid thing. Uninstalling doesn't help. This is horrible.

this WHOLE APP and practice is scummy and borderline evil, they ask if you'd like to save 10% then they start a 30 day free try that automatically renews, WITHOUT TELLING YOU!!!! except for the small print at the bottom of the paper. the cashier luckily told me about this scam and how to get out of it but without knowing I would have no idea I would even be charged. and the only way out of it after signing up is to DOWNLOAD THIS APP? I will warn everyone I know of these practices.

if you are offered a free month of VIP membership while shopping in store; do not accept it unless you are a heavy FYE shopper. no perks for the average joe and the promised $20 gift card is a mail-in rebate that you must wait at least 6 weeks to receive. I still haven't after months and just contacted customer service today because I kept forgetting- just like cancelling the membership and 3 magazine subscriptions that cost me 3 times the rebate value that I didn't receive anyway.
