Used to be responsive and helpful when it was functioning properly.

Cons

App frequently fails to load or displays a blue screen.
Issues with signing in and account access.
No responses from the city or developers regarding problems.
Known compatibility problems with many Samsung devices.

Recent reviews

Abruptly, all Issue Details pages are blank. I see no way to report the issue in the app itself. I had someone else test the app on their phone, and they got similar results.
