As it stands, it keeps taking you to the sign up screen when you try to start a workout, and does this for ages until suddenly, and randomly, it lets you start. Sometimes, it's taken so long that I've had to do a second warm-up as I've cooked down by the time it starts working. And there seems to be no chance of it ever being fixed. Shame, because when it does work, it's good.

2024-09-21	Ri*****	That actual routines are really good - of you can get them to work. When you try to start a premium exercise, even after you've paid, it keeps taking you to the singup screen. When you're trying to start the core part of your workout before you cool down, spending 10 minutes+ trying to start an excericse routine over and over again is really frustrating. It needs sorting out. Immediately.

2024-07-12	Je*****	App doesn't really support the paid subscription. I always have to manually retrieve my subscription from the help menu. Even then, the premium features tab doesn't update. It still asks me to sign up. The home screen premium features work. Reached out to the developers about it and got no response.
