app was great until they changed the interface and design and workouts themselves. the workouts I loved are gone. new ones are repetitive and boring. animations/ pictures wenre helpful references, now useless andcontradict the instructions. instructions say layon your back and the pic is of a guy laying face down. bear crawl hold pic is a guy doing a side plank. trash app.
