The app helps you log completed days, follow a visual calendar, and monitor your current streak as you work towards finishing all 30 days. Abs Streak is designed for clarity and consistency — not complicated setup, not extra screens, just a straightforward way to see how far you have come.

💪 WHAT THE APP DOES

Abs Streak centers on one clear purpose: keeping your 30-day abs challenge organized on your phone. When you open the app, the welcome screen presents the 30-Day Abs Challenge title, a short line about building core strength day by day, and a Start Challenge button. One tap takes you directly to your progress calendar — no accounts, no registration steps, and no unnecessary distractions.

📅 INTERACTIVE 30-DAY CALENDAR

Your main screen in Abs Streak is a calendar grid with all 30 challenge days arranged in an easy-to-read layout. Each cell shows its day number from 1 to 30. Completed days display a check mark and a completed visual style. The next expected day is highlighted so you can quickly see where you are in the sequence. Days not yet reached appear in a neutral inactive style until you progress to them.

You can tap any day on the calendar to mark it complete or tap again to undo that mark if you need to correct your log. This gives you direct control over your record while keeping the interface simple and responsive.

📊 STREAK AND PROGRESS OVERVIEW

On the calendar screen, Abs Streak shows your current streak count next to a fire icon. A horizontal progress bar reflects how many days you have marked complete out of 30, and a percentage value shows your overall completion rate at a glance. As you log more days in order, your streak and percentage update automatically so your progress always stays visible.

✅ QUICK DAY COMPLETION

Finished your training for the day? Press the Complete Day button to mark the next unfinished day as done in one step. This is useful when you want a quick update after exercising without scrolling through the grid. You can also manage individual days manually by tapping them on the calendar. Abs Streak supports both quick logging and detailed day-by-day control.

🏆 RESULTS AND STATISTICS

Tap View Results to open the Challenge Results screen at any time. Abs Streak displays three statistics: Current Streak, Days Completed, and Progress shown as a percentage. A summary line reads your count in the format of completed days out of 30.

The results screen also shows a motivational message that changes based on how many days you have logged. Complete every day in the challenge and see a congratulations message. As your completed count grows, the message updates to reflect your progress. If you are still early in the challenge, encouraging text reminds you to keep pushing forward.

From results, use Back to Calendar to return to the grid, or Reset Challenge to clear all day records and start a new 30-day cycle from day one.

Staying consistent with a month-long goal is easier when progress is visible every day. Abs Streak turns your 30-day abs challenge into a clear daily checklist with streak tracking and a progress bar. The calendar breaks a long goal into small, numbered steps. The streak counter shows consecutive completed days from the start of your challenge. The percentage view shows how close you are to marking all 30 days done.

Abs Streak does not include built-in workout videos or exercise instructions. You follow your own core routine at home, at the gym, or anywhere you prefer, and use Abs Streak to record which days you completed. The app provides structure, visibility, and motivation through tracking — you provide the training.
