2025-01-05	Ya*****	This app does not work, and there is no one that can help. If you try calling you will hold on forever and they will not pick up. If you send am email then you will get a reference but no one will ever call you back or even reply to your mail. If you do manage to get ahold of some thet will tell you the tech are working on it for the last 5 months. And in that time there is no rewards. There answer is the telematics is recording event hough the app not working. But that doesn't help

2024-12-31	Ol*****	This APP just doesn't want to open , I have uninstalled about 3 times . Dololo still doesn't want to work . Im sitting with the same problem , i deleted the app and downloaded it again when i entered my ID number to log in. It says, "something went wrong, server not available." Now this app has been sitting on R0 for the past 3 months and not recording my trips properly,and when it's recording, i get 90%, but I'm still sittin on R0 . Hows that possible . Im just worried when it comes to claiming

2024-12-24	Yo*****	I am a client since 2021. The first two years the app worked perfectly but the last year is a horrible experience. The support team cannot get the app to work properly and no feedback from anyone at all. I cannot believe this is something that Absa will connect to their name. I am scared to think what a claim process will be like with no form of communication. They never answer their phones or respond to numerous emails.

2024-09-25	Be*****	Worst app ever. Very bad support feedback. I have been at Activate for more than 6 months with multiple support queries - app still crashes, does not track trips and they definitely do not pay any cash backs as mentioned. Horrible service!
