Bend Master – Sheet Metal Bend

Bend Master is a sheet metal bending simulator and press brake calculator for fabricators, CNC operators, engineers and students. Set up your punch and V die, enter your flange lengths and angles, and watch the bend form exactly as it would on the machine — with the real bend allowance, K-factor and inside bend radius.
WHAT BEND MASTER DOES
▪ Sheet metal bending simulation — the punch descends, touches the sheet and forms the bend on screen, step by step.

▪ K-factor — automatic K-factor matched to standard CAD values, or enter your own.
▪ Inside bend radius — calculated from material, thickness, V die opening and punch tip radius, not taken from a fixed table.
▪ Bend sequence finder — searches for a collision-free bending order and shows you where the sheet would hit the punch.
▪ Tonnage — required press brake tonnage for the material, thickness, V opening and part length.
▪ Measuring tool — measure any flange on screen, rotate and drag the part, check dimensions before you cut.
▪ Manufacturability checks — warnings for flanges too short to bend and for parts that do not seat correctly on the die.
TOOL EDITOR
Draw your own tooling instead of using presets. Punch profiles: Standard, Acute, Gooseneck, Sash, Radius, Hemming and Arrow, with editable height, tip radius, shank lengths and angles. V dies with editable opening, height, angle, radius and safety zones. Everything is drawn to real millimetre scale, so a 120 mm punch on a 60 mm die looks exactly like it does in the shop. Save your tools and reuse them.

Mild steel ST37 / S235JR, ST52 / S355JR, ASTM A36, A572 Gr.50, DKP / DC01, pickled DD11, galvanized DX51D, stainless AISI 304 and AISI 316, aluminium 5052-H32, plus a custom material where you set tensile strength and radius factor yourself.
