Developed within the framework of the EU research project STAGE (https://stage-healthyageing.eu/), which aims to investigate healthy ageing and multi-morbidity through a life-course approach. Designed to be seamlessly integrated into a clinical study (NFBC1966) in Finland , the STAGEApp is a comprehensive health monitoring and research application designed to help track your well-being through simple, regular interactions. The user can log several questionnaires and tasks related to the overall wellbeing; from mental health, to dietary habits, through physical activity and brain functioning.
