2026-08-13	Do*****	signed up years ago and it was fantastic. got me in the best shape. I dont know what they did but anytime I open this app it takes forever to load a workout or the music options dont appear and keep me from getting to the workout. I even tried downloading some exercises and there is still a lag.reached out to support they said to install and reinstall. ive done this several times, and it is still lagging and it really interferes with the time I carve out for this. i know its not my phone.

I wanted to sign up for a gym that would cost $200 without this company, but aaptiv wanted to charge me $235 for it. of course, they dont let you see the final cost before you sign up for their "basic" membership which costs $60. now I have to try to get a refund with their AI bot. thanks for absolutely nothing.

2026-07-07	Re*****	Poor Subscription Practices I decided to try this app for the 30 days and gave my payment information. i was charged almost three weeks early. I've been trying to get in contact with someone and look i to how to fix it and make sure my subscription is canceled but the web page is always down, the app doesnt make it easy to cancel. The AI chat bot wasn't able to help me, but it must have relayed my question to customer support and an agent emailed me afterwards and was very responsive to my questions. I have the digital platform only without access to a gym plan and so far it is working well for my needs. I haven't experienced any app issues so far.
