I've been trying to get in contact with someone and look i to how to fix it and make sure my subscription is canceled but the web page is always down, the app doesnt make it easy to cancel. 2026-07-03	Sa*****	Signing up on my own was difficult. The AI chat bot wasn't able to help me, but it must have relayed my question to customer support and an agent emailed me afterwards and was very responsive to my questions. I have the digital platform only without access to a gym plan and so far it is working well for my needs. I haven't experienced any app issues so far.
