signed up years ago and it was fantastic. got me in the best shape. I dont know what they did but anytime I open this app it takes forever to load a workout or the music options dont appear and keep me from getting to the workout. I even tried downloading some exercises and there is still a lag.reached out to support they said to install and reinstall. ive done this several times, and it is still lagging and it really interferes with the time I carve out for this. i know its not my phone.
