WHEN IT WORKS, IT WORKS! I have to repeatedly update my password because from one log in to another, this app does not acknowledge, accept or remember my password. I have had to update it almost every time I use this app. The crazy thing is when I do update it, with the exact same password, it accepts it. FIX IT!

This app is super convenient. I am able to text my doctor as well as getting immediate results as soon as the doctor gets them. I even get notifications if they have earlier appointments.
