2026-08-08	Br*****	It was the worst response time I have ever experienced. They sent a service that was over an hour away. It ended up being over a two-hour wait. I'm not blaming the actual service employee, but I am blaming AAA for their inadequacies to have more service staff available, especially in such a large city and or county of Greenville. My membership renews at the end of this month, August. I will be rethinking my long-term loyalty to an organization that is run in such a poor manner.
