worst service ever. This company takes your money, and then doesn't provide the purchased service. guess I'll be opening a fraud claim against you.

I called for a tow to get my truck worked on at a local garage. App told me when the driver would be here in 1 hour 15 minutes. That time came and went with no driver. AI states driver arrived on time, but the reality is the driver never showed. Driver never called/texted to let me know he couldn't find me and AAA's AI closed the request. I then had to start a new service. AAA customer service is utter garbage.
