Buff Muff is a specialized pelvic floor fitness app designed for women seeking to restore harmony and strength within their pelvic region. Backed by expert recommendations, it offers daily 10-minute routines that target pelvic muscles often missed by traditional Kegel exercises, helping to alleviate stress incontinence, urgency, and prolapse symptoms.

The app also features exclusive interviews with pelvic health experts and a supportive community, providing comprehensive resources to help women regain control and confidence in their lives. Buff Muff offers an all-in-one coaching experience directly from Kim Vopni to support pelvic health effectively.

User Reviews

Users value the app's informative, clear, and encouraging exercise content, and some find navigation easier than the website. However, many reviews report serious problems. Users struggle to cancel subscriptions, which are often described as handled outside the app, and some say they were charged without clear notice. Login and password issues block access to paid content, and loading errors and update glitches are frequent. Users also find the content overwhelming, with too many emails and aggressive upselling, and many consider the price of about $30 per month too high.

Pros

Exercise content is informative, clear, thorough, and encouraging
Users praise the exercises as good, standard Kegel and core routines
App makes navigation somewhat easier than the website

Cons

Users report difficulty cancelling subscriptions, with the app, website, and PayPal each pointing elsewhere
Login, password, and access problems prevent users from reaching paid content
Loading errors and glitches persist, and updates cause frustrating problems
Users find there is too much information and too many emails, and feel pressured by upsell attempts
Users consider the subscription price too expensive, around $30 per month
