2024-08-05	Ma*****	Handyman charges are very expensive. They have charged $270 to replace the below with no transportation charges. 1) Supply & replaced chrome bottle trap = $180 2) Supply & replaced pop up basin drain = $90 Vendor refuse to provide the bill breakdown for the parts and the technician charges. No help received from the Sendhelper to address the queries.

2024-06-26	Ha*****	My advise to those who are interested to try this app, please Dont be fool with the advertising & their transparency price. Too many hidden charges. The Deep cleaning services doesn't include cleaning of Washing machine, dryer & disinfect of internal kichen appliances. For just the washing machine, additional charge of $90. Im sorry but once bitten twice shy.

2023-12-07	We*****	I would give zero star if can! Someone accepted my job then tell me he cannot do it asked me to cancel. After I cancelled I was being charged for $25 cancellation fees, issue brought to the cs officer. They agreed to refund but only to credit in their apps. This is nt acceptable as I was using that for my co., end up ntg was done I hav to pay for the nonsense? Told me that they will bring the issue to mgnt, and get back to me within 2 to 10 WD, now today is 12th day, where is the solution?!

2023-07-10	Ch*****	There is no price mentioned anywhere in the app. The price is only informed to you by the person who has accepted your job. If you think it's too expensive and want to cancel, ull get $25 cancellation fee since it's been accepted. I suggest you save all your trouble and find handymen from Google where u can negotiate the price before committing

2023-04-12	Ma*****	So far very nice experience with this SH team. Very prompt and efficient, from the management team to handle the bookings and rescheduling my appointment, to the actual helper that is experienced and fast. I hope for my next round, the helper would be as good as the previous one.
