Aircon leaked after 3 times of servicing. At the 3rd attempt the Team came down to fix and did not ask for permission to carry out service that costed extra and went ahead anyway. Upon stating that I was not told of this charge beforehand and won't be paying. The team proceed to sabotage the unit by disconnecting the sensor of the Aircon so that I'll call them and they even gaslighted by saying "user refused service" Will not be pursuing this service again

Worst service professional!! I ordered a water leak repair and I got charged 50sgd. Without any fix, the service man left. The support person confirmed the 50SGD is only for checking the problem. Worst service in Singapore!!
