2023-11-20	K *****	Get it sorted please, been sending emails to tech support, but except replies that it's an issue with my phone, I haven't seen anything done to resolve the issue. It's not my phone, I have tried to log in from a few devices and get a message that there is no Internet connection. As I can see, there are other people complaining about the same issues. Sort them out, please!

Tried logging and back in and then uninstalled and reinstalled because it won't let me log in, still won't let me log back in. Doesn't mention incorrect pin or anything, just doesn't load to log in
