2025-01-28	Je*****	It's okay and does what it says it does WHEN it wants to behave. My main gripe is with the interface, in that when I tap on a bus stop to see bus ETAs it will instead interpret it as loading all the routes that service that stop. The problem seems to lie in that every bus stop has a dot (for ETAs) and a bus icon (for route info) and these will overlap. Perhaps being able to toggle on/off each icon or consolidating the two would be less-frustrating alternative

2024-06-20	Ch*****	The app is not very intuitive and I got lost several times when using the app for the first few weeks. The app is helpful once you figure out how to use it until all the buses disappear off the routes and you can't tell where the buses are or how many there are. It's hard to know what busses are going to have detours or are going to be running reduced service and for how long it will last.

2023-09-13	Sh*****	awful.. crashes for hours at a time every single weekday. knowing where the buses are is a need, they usually come either very early or extremely late. so many people rely on these buses I don't understand why fixing this dreadful app isn't a priority

2023-04-05	Je*****	The UI is pretty terrible. Everything else about the app functions as you'd desire. Sometimes busses disappear, but that likely has less to do with the app and more to do with the bus and its communication with the network. If you figure out the UI, then the app is VERY useful for catching each bus and planning trips and multi-bus trips.

2022-12-03	St*****	Busses disappear from the map without any warning, and it's never stated when and if it's a graphical error or if the bus is truly out of service. Even when this happens, the schedule still says the bus will be there, so sometimes I wait an extra 30 mins to an hour for a bus that will never come. Terrible tracker app.

2022-09-22	Ch*****	So, I have time to write a scathing review of this terrible app because the arrival time is once again wildly inaccurate. Busses disappear and reappear like ghosts. It is slow to load and many of the features don't work. Please bring back Transloc!

2022-09-20	Al*****	If a bus app is supposed to tell you where the buses are and when you can expect to get on a bus, this isn't a bus app. It's a glorified map half the time, and the other half it's not able to open. Use Google maps, it's significantly more reliable for tracking the buses in that it will consistently display bus routes.

2022-09-07	Iv*****	From 2 to 1 star. Original complaints were lousy interface and highly inaccurate. Too easy to missclick and missclicking reselects ALL routes to show on the map which is insanely irritating. New 1 star rating for SSL Certificate error. Fix your absolutely dumpster fire of an app, this thing is cancer.

The schedules are incorrect and based off the schedule rather than prediction based on bus location, which makes most of the app useless. Some of the routes are not accurate. The only useful part of this app is the bus tracking. Using the bus tracking and monitoring the bus seems to be the most accurate way of predicting bus time.
