The GNV RideRTS app provides live bus tracking and route detours but suffers from a very poor user interface that is confusing and hard to navigate. Users report frequent crashes, slow loading, and unreliable bus location updates with buses disappearing from the map. The schedules are often inaccurate, and the app's complicated design leads to user frustration. Despite this, it offers useful features like updated routes and live bus tracking once users overcome the steep learning curve.

Provides live bus tracking which can be fairly accurate when working properly

Once the user understands the app, it can be used to plan multi-bus trips

Recent reviews

It's okay and does what it says it does WHEN it wants to behave. My main gripe is with the interface, in that when I tap on a bus stop to see bus ETAs it will instead interpret it as loading all the routes that service that stop. The problem seems to lie in that every bus stop has a dot (for ETAs) and a bus icon (for route info) and these will overlap. Perhaps being able to toggle on/off each icon or consolidating the two would be less-frustrating alternative
