| 2024-12-23 | Downloaded the app under misguided information, the people who are paid to make videos for this app don't tell you that you have to pay to upgrade in order to use your points, I don't have any support and my depression is so bad and I thought one of their "free" boxes might make me feel better and I have the points for it but I have to pay to upgrade first, my husband controls our money and would never allow me to spend a penny on myself for something like this, I'm so upset | ||

| 2024-11-09 | This seems pretty useful. Using it to get feelings out and journal between therapy sessions, and there's a way to connect with your real therapist through the app. I haven't tried that yet. I've only done the AI therapist session and gotten some suggestions for journaling. I can't see any negatives to using this app. I really like it so far. | ||

| 2024-09-17 | Update: Ordered a gift over a month ago,and no word at all. Email has gone unanswered. I like the app it's been beneficial to my mental health. That said I felt a little slighted when the changed the available free rewards to basically charity donations or a box where you can get randomly either a personalized letter (that is far from) or a pen pal. The paid for version has rewards that can easily outvalue to monthly price. However, until recently,it wasn't an option for me financially. | ||

| 2024-09-04 | Great for not being a therapist. Nothing is better than the real thing but is significantly helping my life especially as an only option or a support in addition to therapy. The rewards help a ton with morale. The use of the app is clean, aesthetic, and easy and it's very informative. The ai are very... Personable? And they are open to criticism as are the designers. The reviews of the items are helpful and honest. The set is interesting. I enjoy the hope board. | ||

| 2024-08-24 | I am so impressed with this app! My family is going through a very sad/tragic situation and I'm a complete mess. I wanted an organized way to work with myself, because counseling just isn't enough!! This app has so many options! Many of them align with what I'm working on in counseling. I was slightly overwhelmed at first because there is so much you can do on the app but it was not hard to learn to use. The price could maybe be a little lower but the free version has useful tools also. | ||

| 2024-07-24 | (I've been using the free version, as I want to see if it's worth it enough to upgrade) The basic functionality is very nice. Even the AI feedback on my journal entries getting a bit repetitive over time isn't terrible. However, I redeemed my first reward of a Hope Box about a MONTH ago. The app says processing time is between 1-10 days, as they order your reward. It's still in process. This app was advertised as a way to earn points towards self care boxes. And in that way, it is struggling | ||

| 2024-06-14 | This is an incredibly helpful mental health app, it's very user friendly. the prices are very affordable, but I use the free version and there's a wealth of resources as a free version user. I was able to write about my trauma without it overwhelming me, which was a huge step. I'm looking forward to using it everyday to see how far I'll be able to go. if you struggle with chronic pain and the anxiety that can build up- Get this app. it's amazing. | ||

| 2024-06-04 | Excellent app! Really makes me think. It's a great way of getting to know yourself, "warts and all" and help you work on those parts of yourself that you would like to improve. The user earns points by doing different tasks, designed to help them explore different areas of the users life and the points can be spent for some pretty nice prizes! Highly recommend Habit of Living. | ||

| 2024-06-03 | This app is very nice. I have using the full version for just over a month or so and though my progress is very small (do to myself) the app is very easy to use and navigate and some of the conversations you can have are very interesting. One thing that could use an upgrade is the mood tracker. | ||

| 2024-06-02 | I just started using this app a few days ago. I am impressed by the number of helpful supports are available. I have used the goal setting, the journal, the therapy, and the relaxation techniques. All of these are available for free. I really like my AI therapist. If I wanted a different perspective, I can switch therapists at any time. I am still exploring and feel that I will get a lot out of it. Also, they are generous with the points, so I expect to be getting some rewards soon. Try it! | ||
