My company implemented this software last year and it is has been a great addition. It is very user friendly and my techs and co-workers were able to learn and start using the app very quickly. My customers have also come to appreciate the software as it has allowed more efficient communications to address all their inquiries.

I do not recommend this app or company to anyone at this point for the following reasons and from my experience. 1. Very little behind the scenes quality assurance as app updates can and often do break core functionalities that even the most basic pre-launch QA should and would catch. 2. Support is extremely unhelpful (if they feel like responding) when issues occur (and they will). 3. Expect to be treated as a beta tester rather than a customer and don't expect notice when something breaks.
