It is very user friendly and my techs and co-workers were able to learn and start using the app very quickly. My customers have also come to appreciate the software as it has allowed more efficient communications to address all their inquiries.

2023-12-17	Ja*****	I do not recommend this app or company to anyone at this point for the following reasons and from my experience. 1. Very little behind the scenes quality assurance as app updates can and often do break core functionalities that even the most basic pre-launch QA should and would catch. 2. Support is extremely unhelpful (if they feel like responding) when issues occur (and they will). 3. Expect to be treated as a beta tester rather than a customer and don't expect notice when something breaks.

2021-11-18	Fr*****	Buggy often. Changing the sliders to specific inputs is infuriating most of the time. Cannot open phone number links to call customers when tapping the number, cannot long press to copy it to clipboard either. Pixel 6 Pro.

2021-09-27	Fr*****	This app is very very horrible. Everyday it crashes. All the updates you guys do and this app still sucks. Time to give this app up. I rather do paperwork than deal with this app.

2021-08-26	Am*****	Even though we have had some issues with the new update I want to say that the Tech team is amazing at dealing with any issues immediately. There will always be kinks to work out and they always find a way and are quick to deal with them. The software is easy to use, can be customized to your own settings and overall has been great these past 3+ years!
