DON'T DO IT... System is antiquated, slow, and burdensome. The account managers are like loan sharks and the service is PRICEY compared to better services...so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The app offers minimal management at best. Any changes can only be made on the website. I called to record and save 4 alerts for repeat sending. I can't access them without an "alert code". What?! They don't come up in the app either. The concept is superb, but navigating this service is nearly impossible! With what our church is being charged, they could at least make it more efficient. The app should be better sync'd to the website.
