2024-10-29	Ri*****	Do not use this app! I tried to pay for parking and the app crashed during the process, but wouldn't reopen. I had to pay using the machine in the car park, but later found I had been charged on the app, despite not receiving confirmation of this at the time or being able to check in the app to see. I instantly requested a refund when I realised, but still have not received my money back several weeks later.

2024-08-29	Pa*****	Quick and easy to use. I like that you can easily replicate previous parking sessions and that with permission the app will pick up where you are parking.

2024-04-14	ma*****	Used this app while in the car park, there were many pop ups as I was trying to fill in the data I continued to fill the data but was a fake page over the top on the registration page, it looked legitimate, I filled in the bank details of what was on the app it then loaded my bank to pay a £1 which I did & it took me back to the main app but when I then tried to log in it said it was incorrect, ended up being signed up for 2 gym memberships £59&£27 had to cancel my card SCAM be careful

2024-02-18	Tu*****	This should work without location, like other apps, where if location is enabled it helps with the experience to choose the parking code easily, but unfortunately this app doesn't. So I'm using other apps supported by council parking as that doesn't require location to be turned on.

2023-09-16	Gi*****	I just downloaded the app in Southend-on-Sea. And the link took me to a gaming site, I thought was the parking app, so I subscribed. Thinking I was paying for the parking, now they took a £1 prepayment on my card. After that, the proper parking app appeared. Now have contact my credit card to cancel that transaction. Please stop the dodgy adds.

2023-04-09	In*****	I used this app today and got a parking fine. Can't find your location, show wrong locations code, take ages to download app, asking stupid questions to create account. Absolutely useless and not friendly for customers. For each booking charge additional money

2023-01-08	Ka*****	When I first opened an account in a car park it was great, no problem. After I got home I wanted to log in, but couldn't. I tried several times reseting my password but to no avail. So, I got intouch with the helpline. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app using a new password. Done this and but still could not log in. Sent another message to the helpline but they have not answered. Just as a matter of interest I have 3 other parking apps, and have no trouble whatsoever with.

2022-11-23	Va*****	Wouldn't let me pay with two different cards and had already ended up getting a ticket as soon as I got back to the car. It has way too many bugs, can't even do a proper search with the location code. Awful app

Unable to select the location, I have to make the painfully slow alternative way to book. Either on the website which is terrible or via phone which is terrible. Sort your app out! One day I'll get a fine after spending 20mins trying to pay for my parking and I'll have to argue as to why I didn't pay immediately after parking- because your app is s#%t.
