Pros

Straightforward zone lookup/mapping when the app is functioning.

Cons

Crashes and instability (map view crashes, crashes on notifications) and unreliable session handling that has led to missed parking and fines.
Billing problems: app defaults to invoicing with extra fees, sends incorrect/paper invoices, and has confusing or delayed billing notifications.
Intrusive or problematic registration flow (asks for social security number immediately) and issues adding/verifying payment methods (credit card, MitID/QR).
Compatibility and performance issues on older or some devices (minimum SDK changes, slow UI, no persistent parking notification).
Outdated/poor UI and general polish; sluggish behavior and basic functionality missing (e.g., persistent active parking notification).

Recent reviews

The app showed me that I have an active parking, but when I opened it again to end it, I had no ongoing session, plus a 900 SEK parking ticket on my car 😡
