some poor functionality with delayed response In the balloon game and when playing songs which is dissapointing at 17 bux a month. Will not keep if this does not improve. which is a shame because my son enjoys it

The tuner barely works. The games or lessons do not work properly - it can not distinguish between the cords.. or any sound for that matter. Have tried on all devices.
