The Alzheimer AR app represents the digital extension of the Alzheimer's suitcase and enables the existing models to be expanded virtually with augmented reality.

With the help of virtual buttons, the different brain regions can be displayed in color on the brain model at the touch of a button, allowing you to understand important basics of the neuroanatomy of the human brain.

The labels of the brain regions can be shown and hidden separately and interactively, thus enabling individual learning control for the students.
An MRI you can touch:
The Alzheimer's suitcase contains 3D prints of slices of the human brain. With the help of the Alzheimer AR app, these can be virtually overlaid with original MRI data and offer a lot more information. By comparing MRI data, the external changes in the brain as a result of Alzheimer's disease become visible.
