LCH-CalmCore is a nurse-focused mental health and resilience app designed to support emotional regulation, moral distress processing, and recovery from cumulative workplace trauma. Built for the realities of clinical care, CalmCore provides discreet, evidence-informed tools nurses can use during or after demanding shifts.

Nursing requires constant presence, ethical decision-making, and emotional endurance. CalmCore exists to support the mental and emotional well-being of nurses navigating high-acuity environments, patient loss, difficult interactions, and systemic pressures beyond their control.
