ActiVital Melilla

ActiVital Melilla is a technological platform whose main objective is to facilitate the development of a digital exercise recommendation and prescription model to improve health, combat sedentary lifestyles and physical inactivity, and establish a common framework for action between the healthcare and sports systems.

It is a project developed by the Human Lab research group at the University of Granada and funded by the Autonomous City of Melilla and the Ministry of Culture and Sport.
