Poorly written, payments are painful! No way to store pmt info, requires that you enter information twice. Their idea of app cybersec is outmoded and amaturish. Shopping for other insurance because payments are just that bad.

Would give more stars if you make app able to except payments early when auto pay is enabled. The only way to pay bill early is to call in every time. Would be nice to just use app
