User Reviews

User reviews repeatedly cite onboarding/verification hurdles (registration failures, missing codes, license issues, and occasional bans), unstable app performance (frequent opens failures and slow loading), and weak customer support. A minority of reviews praise fast verification, good cars, upfront pricing, and hourly rental options, but the dominant sentiment points to onboarding, reliability, and support challenges.

Pros

Fast/instant verification and sign-up process.
Cars in good condition and pleasant to drive.
Transparent upfront pricing with fuel, insurance, and mileage included.
Flexible rental options, including hourly rentals.

Cons

Onboarding and verification problems, including inability to register, verification codes not received, license acceptance delays, and occasional account verification blocks.
App reliability and stability problems, such as the app not opening, slow load times, and needing reinstalls.
Account blocking/ban without clear explanations and difficulties deleting personal data.
Poor or hard-to-reach customer support.

Refund Scam. tried to get a refund for fuel I added before dropping car back. they say it's been processed but has not. Don't fill tank up much as you'll not receive tefinf. they won't respond to queries. Clearly this is a scam.

It's not the app, it's the service. First ever booking, the car doesn't even start. I just terminated my booking after speaking to phone helpline to try and sort it out. At least I am getting refunded but it kind of messed up my plans. Not sure I will use again
