Guardianes de Segorbe

The game "Guardians" is an augmented reality experience that immerses players in the rich history and culture of Segorbe. With a focus on exploration and puzzle solving, players embark on a journey to become the Guardian of Segorbe, collecting the lost parts of the city's keys scattered throughout iconic locations.

Each historical landmark presents a unique challenge linked to an associated historical figure. For example, in the Clean Water Plaza, players interact with the Dukes of Segorbe to find historical items. At the Botanist, they face the challenge of the greenhouse, guided by the Botanist Pau and a gardener. Additionally, in the Cathedral, Bishop Fray Luis Amigó challenges the players with a musical game with bells.

The main challenge involves collecting all parts of the city keys and gaining the favor of historical figures by completing tasks related to the history and culture of Segorbe. Each achievement is rewarded with a City Key gem, bringing players one step closer to becoming the Guardian.

The game culminates with the parts of the key coming together to form the complete key to the city. The players are honored as honorary citizens of Segorbe in an emotional virtual ceremony, followed by the symbolic opening of the city. This closure celebrates the players' success, reinforces the knowledge gained, and offers them a tangible reward for their participation.
