Els Secrets de les Vies Verdes

Els Secrets de les Vies Verdes is an application that, through gamification (games), introduces visitors to the heritage, cultural and natural elements found along the Greenways of the province of Girona.

The app serves as a guide to explore the proposed routes, the result of joint work with the town councils of each municipality and other local stakeholders.

It is a living, growing project, with the aim of gradually adding new routes and revealing new “secrets”. At present, you can find routes in 12 municipalities.

The application includes the following sections:
+ Information about each “secret” and its points of interest.
+ Map, where you can check your location and view the routes.
+ Did you know that the Greenways were once railway lines? In this section, you’ll find information about the heritage linked to the historic passage of the train along the Greenways.
+ Four games to discover the secrets of the Greenways — can you make it into the top 10 of the ranking?
