BariEsplora

BariEsplora is a shared augmented reality (AR) application that allows you to view useful information relating to the city of Bari. The user, simply by framing buildings or monuments and from any angle, receives information relating to the place framed by the camera of their tablet/ smartphone in the form of:
- clickable colored information stickers, containing a short textual description and a link to a web page showing more detailed information relating to historic buildings, shops, restaurants and attractive places in the city
- video-objects, virtual displays shown on the device screen, containing videos and/or static images
- 3D models also animated.

BariEsplora promotes the artistic, historical and cultural beauties of the city of Bari also through the use of audio-visual material, available in the version for children by selecting the "kids" mode using the appropriate button.

The user can:
- select the type of content you are interested in, using the filter function in the app
- view the position on the AR content map
- send a report or suggestion to the Municipality of Bari, through the specific section in the app or via email
- perform screen recording and/or capture a screen with prior consent to access and save data on your device.
