2023-11-27	An*****	This app is horrendous. It almost seems as if it is purposely designed to prevent you from logging in. It requires constant useless updates and a ludicrously cumbersome log in process that glitches all the time and prevents you from logging in. Have had to delete and reinstall it multiple times just to be able to sign in. Terrible!

2023-11-18	JS*****	I don't know if it is maybe the latest update but I am not able to submit an E-Claim. Looks like it "times out" and says after a while submission successful, then shows claim as "canceled".Also you can't use this App unless you download the latest version.Sometimes it installs right away but other times it won't load the latest version.Also App doesn't allow you to view your remaining amounts remaining for services. Very annoying.Claim Secure says "email us,we can provide this info".Time Waste.

2023-07-23	Th*****	Exactly this: It was working well when I first installed it, but as with other reviews here it won't let me log in due to an update. It gives you an update button to press which brings me directly to the Google store. There is no update that downloads. I tried un-installing and re-installing and it still does the same thing so this is definitely an issue with the app

Doesn't show photo claims submitted list. also when submitting claim it doesn't ask for receipt first time but when click on submit button then shows an error that you didn't attach a receipt. Then user has to go back and attach receipt. Cannot use the phone navigation keys to go back, user has to use back button given inside the app that is again not available on all pages.

2023-07-07	Bh*****	After last update, app doesn't remember the username even which is frustrating. Enter username and password to login. It prompts to enable biometrics so that user doesn't need to remember the password. But after enabling, and closing the app, and opening again it doesn't remember username and password. It gives the option to login by biometrics but after using the fingerprint, it shows an error. It doesn't autofill. Please fix this issue. Atleast this app didn't had the login issue before.

They are already enabled. Buggy, junk software. Why does this app have to be full screen? Prevents the use of the normal Android buttons. Overall, frustrating and unable to use to submit claims.

The last few times I've used this app, each time it wants to update and install new software, dragging me through security passwords I don't use very often and it's a serious waste of my time. I'm not very tech savvy, I'll be honest. Keep things simple. Seriously, it would be nice for things just to work the way they did the last time I used it, especially when that was only two weeks ago.
This is getting a little frustrating. The last few times I've used this app, each time it wants to update and install new software, dragging me through security passwords I don't use very often and it's a serious waste of my time. I'm not very tech savvy, I'll be honest. Keep things simple. Seriously, it would be nice for things just to work the way they did the last time I used it, especially when that was only two weeks ago.
