I cannot log into my account on ClaimSecure because it doesn't text me the verification code. It's not working on the app or the web version. I reached out to customer support via email and did not receive any help. Unclear what is wrong as it worked previously.

Reporting bug: app will not push sms for verification of login. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No luck. Please investigate. Need to log in 😵‍💫.
