o Option to accept or reject an order.

3. Navigation & Tracking
o Provides GPS-based maps for optimized routes.
o Allows real-time tracking of the delivery agent.
4. Delivery Status Updates
o Mark orders as Picked Up, In Transit, or Delivered.
o Updates the customer app with real-time status.
5. Proof of Delivery
o Collects OTP from customer, e-signature, or photo proof after delivery.
6. Payment Handling
o For Cash on Delivery (COD), confirms cash collection.
o Marks orders as Paid in the system.
7. Agent Management
o Delivery agent can set availability (Online/Offline).
o Track completed deliveries, distance traveled, and assigned tasks.
8. Earnings & Reports
o Shows daily/weekly/monthly earnings.
o Displays performance stats (number of deliveries, ratings, etc.).
9. Communication
o In-app call or chat with customer and admin (with number masking for privacy).
o Access to support/helpdesk if an issue occurs.
