I've been using ARI for about 3 years now. I started as a mechanic with tools in his truck, and have evolved into a fully fledged mobile mechanic business. I originally didn't care about any features and just wanted a place to keep my invoices. However, as I started to shoulder more responsibility on the business/service writer end of it, I discovered ARI has a feature for everything I need. canned jobs, labor rates, markup, ect. ARI has saved me thousands of dollars.
