Dope. I've trained for 15 years and always had ok results. In the last 6 months of using Push I've progressed like never before! The app is easy to use, customisble and makes each training sessions purposeful. It automatically adds weights or reps so that you're improving over time. In the newest update you can add myo reps and drop sets. Cheers for the gains, bruddah.

Used to work fine, however, after the new latest update, the app is very unresponsive can't edit the exercises in my generated workout numeric pad is unresponsive Can't easily flip the day of the workout.
