Nexus WorkforceHUB

Nexus WorkforceHUB is the employee self-service app from Codex Business Solutions Inc. It brings time and attendance, payslips, and leave management to your phone, so you can manage your workday without visiting a kiosk or waiting on HR.

TIME AND ATTENDANCE
• Clock in and out directly from your phone, with the time shown in your company's time zone
• Start and end breaks and track your remaining break time on a live meter
• Clock in again after a break or split shift without losing your log
• Review your attendance history and confirm your hours before payroll runs

PAYSLIPS
• See your latest net pay on the home screen, with a tap to hide or reveal the amount
• Open the full payslip for any pay period to review earnings and deductions
• Keep your pay information private with a personal sign-in on every device

LEAVE, OVERTIME, AND SCHEDULES
• File leave requests and see your used and remaining balances at a glance
• Submit overtime and special-schedule requests for your supervisor's review
• Track the status of every pending request in one place

NOTIFICATIONS
• Get notified when a request is approved, returned, or needs your attention
• Stay informed about schedule changes, payslip releases, and company announcements

PROFILE AND SETTINGS
• View your name, department, position, and employee number
• Update your profile photo and contact details
• Manage account preferences and sign out securely from any device

BUILT FOR SECURITY
Nexus WorkforceHUB uses the same credentials as your company's Codex Nexus platform, so there is no separate account to manage. Every request between the app and your company's server is encrypted end to end with a per-session key exchange, and no payroll or attendance data is stored on the phone in plain text.

WHO IS THIS FOR
Nexus WorkforceHUB is for employees of companies that run the Codex Nexus platform. You need an active employee account issued by your company to sign in. If you are not sure whether your company uses Codex Nexus, ask your HR or IT department.

ABOUT CODEX BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Codex Business Solutions Inc. builds the Codex Nexus platform, an integrated business system covering finance, inventory, human resources, and payroll. Nexus WorkforceHUB extends the employee-facing side of that platform to Android so your team can stay on top of attendance and pay wherever they work.
