CCMS Task

CCMS Tasks is the task-management app for Acts Christian Church teams. Plan, assign, track and finish the work of your ministry — from one place, on the go.

An account is required. CCMS Tasks connects to your church's private CCMS workspace, so everything you see belongs to your team and your organisation.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dashboard — an "at a glance" view of what's unseen, due soon, overdue and done.
• My Tasks & Assigned — see what you created and what's assigned to you.
• Board — a simple kanban view to move work forward.
• Calendar — your tasks on their due dates.
• AI Prioritiser — an AI-assisted ranking of your open tasks, with a workload overview, a priority matrix and tips. Works offline with on-device ranking when AI is unavailable.

CREATE TASKS THE FAST WAY
• Quick task — a title and a due date.
• New task with AI — type a note, attach a file, or record a short voice note that is transcribed into a draft task.
• Create by chat — describe what you need and turn it into a task.

STAY IN SYNC
• Notification inbox and push alerts for assignments, due dates and updates.
• Optional biometric app lock to keep your work private.

Privacy Policy, Terms and in-app account deletion are available in Settings. CCMS Tasks collects only what's needed to run the app and never uses your data for advertising.
