You don't need a computer to open .udf documents from UYAP, e-Government, your lawyer, or e-notification attachments. This application is a udf reader, udf editor, and udf file converter — displaying court decisions, petitions, expert reports, and notification attachments as they appear on your phone: tables, page layout, and Turkish characters intact.

COMPLETELY FREE
• No in-app purchases; a small advertisement is shown at the bottom of the screen to keep it free.
• No membership, account creation, or login required.

STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Your documents are never sent to any server. Opening, searching, editing, and converting are all done on your phone and work without internet. Internet is only used for advertising; no information from your documents is given to the ads.

OPENING AND READING FILES
• Tap the .udf file you downloaded from WhatsApp, email, Files, or the UYAP Citizen Portal to open it in this application.
• Search within the document — Turkish character insensitive (type "gerekceli", "GEREKÇELİ" will be found)
• Library content search: see which document the word you are searching for appears in, along with its citation.
• Table of contents: go to the "JUDGMENT" or "REASONING" section in a thirty-page decision with a single touch.
• Audio reading: listen to the document with Turkish audio, sentence by sentence forward and backward.
• Compare two documents: see what has been added or removed in the revised petition.
• Folders, renaming, moving, and recently opened documents.
• Reading mode, light/dark theme, zoom.
• Document information: court, case and decision number, date, word/page count.

NEW DOCUMENTS AND PREPARED PETITIONS
Start with a blank document or a pre-made petition framework: appeal against administrative fines, general Petition, excuse petition, power of attorney information form, enforcement proceedings information note. Fill out the traffic fine appeal form; the petition will be prepared as a UDF (Unified Document); the last day of the 15-day appeal period will be shown. Templates are not legal advice, they are only document frameworks.

EDITING
Edit your petition or document paragraph by paragraph: bold, italic, underline, alignment, numbered list, page break, undo. Find and replace, Turkish spell check, save as copy. Your changes are saved even if the application closes while you are typing. Tables and images are preserved as they are. Before you modify and save an electronically signed document, the application will clearly warn you: the old signature will not be transferred to the modified content — a seemingly valid forged document will not come out of this application.

UDF CONVERTER — BOTH DIRECTIONS
• Export from UDF: Save or share as plain text with PDF and Word (.docx), print directly with system print
• Import into UDF: Convert PDF, Word, ODT, and photographed documents to UDF format
• Batch conversion: Select multiple documents at once, convert them all at once
• Document merging: Combine multiple documents into a single .udf file

DOCUMENT SCANNING AND TEXT RECOGNITION (OCR)
Scan a paper document from your camera or attach a scanned PDF as a photo; it will be converted to UDF using text recognition. Recognition works on the device, offline; the application will warn you if the output may contain errors and will mark the recognized text with a special note.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE INFORMATION
See who signed the document, the issuing authority, and the validity dates. The signature block is readable even if it is packaged in different formats.

HONEST BOUNDARIES
• It does NOT create electronic signatures or cryptographically VERIFY signatures; it only displays the identity information in the signature and announces it on the screen.
• It does NOT connect to UYAP systems or query case files; the Query section opens the official e-Government and UYAP pages in the browser, you log in yourself.
• The MTV (Motor Vehicle Tax) calculation is an estimate based on the official tariff; use the e-Government query for the exact amount of the debt.
• This application is NOT an official UYAP application; it is a standalone document application supporting the .udf file format.
