Kalem UDF: Petition Editor

Kalem is the most practical way to open, edit and create UDF documents on your phone. Manage your petitions, contracts and correspondence in a Word-quality page view, without needing a computer.

Important notice: Kalem is compatible with UDF (UYAP) files. It is not an official app and is not affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of Justice.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Open, edit and create UDF: Open UDF documents from Messages, email, the Files app or the "Open with" menu in one tap. Edit the text or create a new document.

• Word-quality page view: Documents are shown as real pages with their margins, fonts and line spacing. While reading, text can also reflow to the screen width.

• Accurate tabs and hanging indents: Tab stops, indents and hanging indents are preserved as in the document. Adjust them with the ruler, just like in Word.

• Signed documents: Open electronically signed documents and view the signer details. Note: if you edit and save a signed document, its signature is no longer valid; the app warns you beforehand.

• PDF and DOCX export: Share your document as a PDF that matches the page view exactly, or as an editable DOCX.

• DOCX import (Premium): Bring your Word documents into the app to edit them as UDF.

• 13 ready-made petition templates: Start from common petition and correspondence templates, fill in the fields, save and share.

• Turkish-aware find and replace: Quickly find and replace text with search that respects the İ/ı and I/i distinction.

• Formatting tools: Bold, italic, underline, alignment, lists, color, tables and images. A scrollable quick-format bar sits above the keyboard.

• Works offline: No internet connection required.

Subscription information: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the selected period unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal. If you cancel before the free trial ends, you will not be charged.
