Overall, the app looks good. However, there is a huge hidden fee for payments processing, which is not mentioned on the web site. When you top up the account you pay 4.92% fee. I assume that the withdrawal fee is similar. So, 9.84% fee altogether. Take it into account when you calculate the expected return on investment.

the custome support is extremely difficult to get a hold of. The initial response happens in a week and follow up response (if necessary) have taken over a month. Phone messages...TBD but for sure over a couple weeks. Also, good luck finding a phone number to call.
