Tilo POS

Tilo is a till for shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. Sell on an Android tablet or phone, take card payments, run your tables and kitchen, and see every sale in the back office in your browser.

One till in one shop is free. No card needed to start.

SELL FAST
• Your menu or products as big buttons, with sizes, colours and choices (how it's cooked, which milk, what to leave off)
• Scan barcodes with the camera or a scanner
• Discounts on the sale or on one item, with limits per member of staff and a manager's approval above them
• Park a sale and come back to it
• Customers on the sale, with their history and loyalty points

TAKE PAYMENT
• Cash, card and split payments
• Tap to Pay on Android with Stripe: take contactless cards on the phone itself, no card reader needed
• Or use your own card machine
• Pay by link with Klarna, PayPal or Clearpay
• Gift cards, store credit and loyalty points
• Deposits now and the balance on collection

RESTAURANTS, CAFÉS AND BARS
• Start each order from the table: big table buttons show which are free, which are yours and which are a colleague's
• The table's order on the side, with + and − on every line and a note for the kitchen
• Kitchen and bar tickets printed where each dish is made
• Service charge, tips, and splitting the bill
• Each waiter signs in with their own PIN; colleagues' additions to your table are marked for you to accept, and tables are handed over at the end of a shift
• Ingredients and recipes in the back office: selling a dish takes its ingredients off stock, with food cost per dish, deliveries, waste and stocktakes

SHOPS
• Returns, refunds and exchanges in a few taps
• Alterations and repairs with job tickets and a board to track them
• Stock per shop, counts and transfers
• Delivery to the customer's address

RECEIPTS AND HARDWARE
• Receipts printed on Star, Epson and other receipt printers, or on a Sunmi till's own printer, in your own design
• Receipts by email, text or WhatsApp
• Cash drawer, and a screen facing the customer for the order, tips and their details
• Carries on selling with cash when the internet drops, and sends the sales when it's back

RUN THE BUSINESS
• Cash up with X and Z reports at the end of the day
• Staff roles and permissions: what each person may do, and approvals for the rest
• Several shops on one device
• The back office at mytilo.co: products, prices, staff, reports and analytics, receipt designs and integrations
• In English and Polish
