Tillio POS

Tillio POS is the mobile companion for Tillio — the business operations platform for shops, farms, fleets, and field teams.

Capture work where it happens. Sell at the counter or in the field, record expenses with receipts, collect payments, manage contacts, and keep stock moving — even when the network drops. Unsent records stay on the phone and sync when you are back online.

Built for how your business actually works. Tillio adapts to your subscription and role, so staff only see the tools they need — retail POS, farm and outgrower visits, fleet trips and fuel logs, cash drawers, and more.

What you can do
• Sign in with email/password or Google — same account as tillio.digifrica.com
• Record sales, returns, expenses, and customer payments
• Look up products and contacts; add customers and suppliers on the spot
• Work offline with a local catalogue and outbox that syncs later
• Clock in/out and follow day-to-day operations from your phone
• Use industry modules your business has enabled (shop, farm, fleet, field visits, and more)
• Get alerts for things that need action (when notifications are allowed)

Who it is for
Owners, cashiers, drivers, field officers, and managers who need to record events on the go — not configure the whole business. Rules, accounting close, and heavy setup stay on the Tillio website.

Try a demo
Open the app and choose “Try a demo” to explore without creating an account. Demo data resets daily.
