Flexora: Daily Stretch Timer

Flexora is a stretching routine app built for people who want structure and simplicity in their daily flexibility practice.

The app comes with a library of 12 pre-built routines covering morning wake-ups, evening wind-downs, hip openers, back relief, and full-body flow sessions — each with clearly defined exercises and per-step countdown timers. You can also build your own routines by picking from a library of over 20 individual exercises, setting custom durations, and arranging steps in any order.

During an active session, the current exercise fills the top half of the screen with a circular countdown ring, a brief description of the pose, and a preview of what comes next. Transitions happen automatically when the timer runs out, with a short vibration cue. No audio required. A pause overlay stays in-screen — no separate screens or modals interrupt the flow.

Completed sessions are saved automatically and grouped by week in the History view. The Statistics screen shows a weekly activity chart, a monthly heatmap shaded by session length, category breakdowns, and a ranked list of your most-used routines.
