Users carry a separate *communication device, and in the event of an emergency, such as a health issue, fall, or accident, an emergency SOS signal is sent.

The mobile app can check the user's location after receiving the emergency SOS signal and contact the user separately to take action regarding the current incident.

Example: If a grandmother in the countryside suddenly gets injured or collapses,

when the mobile app receives an emergency SOS signal transmitted from the IoT device,

you can visit the grandmother in person to check on her safety or call 119 to check on her health.

*Communication device:

- This is an IoT device worn on the body (usually worn on a necklace or keyring).
- Equipped with LTE/GPS and a rechargeable battery.
- It operates on firmware, without an OS.
